For educators

Grow as a teacher, in your own classroom.

Two programmes for two very different starting points. Both are built on small cohorts, sustained instructional coaching and the real work you already do.

For experienced teachers

Reinvent

You know your subject and your pupils well. Perhaps you trained in a national-board system and now teach an international curriculum. Reinvent is for experienced teachers who want to build on that expertise and teach in the full spirit of the curriculum.

What we work on

  • How pupils learn: working memory, cognitive load and building secure schemas
  • Active learning in depth, beyond group work and activities
  • Retrieval and spaced practice for long-term retention
  • Questioning, dialogue and checks for understanding that make thinking visible
  • Metacognition: teaching pupils to plan, monitor and evaluate their own learning
  • Giving pupils more of the thinking, even in large classes
  • Bringing research evidence and classroom experience together
  • Exploring selected uses of technology and AI, with teacher review for accuracy, suitability and bias
For early career teachers

Foundations

Practical, structured mentoring for teachers early in their careers in international schools. It complements your school's own onboarding with subject-specific support, helping strong habits form early.

What we work on

  • Planning and sequencing lessons from syllabus aims and assessment objectives
  • Understanding command words and how pupils are assessed
  • Explicit teaching: modelling, worked examples and guided practice
  • Adaptive teaching: scaffolding and support for mixed-attainment and EAL learners
  • Setting high expectations, clear routines and behaviour for learning
  • Assessment for learning and feedback that moves pupils forward
  • Structured reflection and deliberate practice
  • Subject-specific mentoring for your own teaching

The rhythm

How a programme runs

  • Launch workshop A short start to set goals, a baseline and a shared professional language.
  • Mostly practical Roughly 60% self-paced tasks based on your real work, 40% live sessions.
  • One-to-one mentoring A personal meeting with your mentor every fortnight, focused on one agreed action step at a time.
  • Cohort meetings Weekly or fortnightly professional dialogue with your peers, depending on the programme.
  • Observation Remote lesson observation, where agreed with your school.

Questions

Frequently asked

Will this add to my workload?

Most activities draw on your existing lesson planning and resources. Mentoring meetings, cohort discussions and reflection also require time; we agree the expected commitment before you begin.

I trained in a national-board system. Is this for me?

Yes. The programme can support teachers moving between curricula, building on their existing subject knowledge and classroom experience.

Can I join as an individual, without my school?

Yes. Please obtain any necessary school permissions before sharing lesson materials, pupil work or classroom recordings. Classroom observation takes place only where agreed with your school.

Do you cover AI in teaching?

We explore selected uses of AI for drafting and planning, with teacher review for accuracy, suitability and bias. We also discuss what AI means for assessment and academic integrity.

When can I start?

Programmes start on a rolling basis. Get in touch and we'll find a suitable start date.

How long does a programme last?

Between nine weeks and six months, agreed with you at the start.

How are fees calculated?

Fees are based on mentoring hours, with a minimum package. Details are available on request.

Which time zones do you work in?

Live sessions are scheduled around your school timetable across Southeast Asia and India.

Ready to begin?

We would be glad to hear about your subject, your curriculum and the areas of practice you'd like to develop.
